Condolence: Oh, Jackie— It was so sad to hear about Dan, so precious that his last thought was to take you to dinner. We know it will be hard for you and you will miss him, but he left such wonderful memories. How well I recall the radiant young bride introducing her new husband to the Iowa family after the Texas wedding. We all thought you were such a glamorous, sophisticated, beautiful young couple! It was a big thrill for us as kids to drive all the way to Waco to visit you in 1959. He was a good man and such a great role model for us growing up. Much love, Steve & Roberta
