May 10, 1924 – October 25, 2015

Henry Marvin Eberhardt passed away at his home in Waco on October 25, 2015. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 27, at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple with Rev. Daniel Reynolds officiating.

Henry was born in Temple, Texas on May 10, 1924, the son of Richard and Dora (Haedge) Eberhardt. He attended Temple schools, graduated from Texas A&M (Mechanical Engineering), and served in the Navy during World War II. He married Georgie Kamas Boehme August 1, 1953.

He retired from Central Texas Iron Works after over 30 years and was a member of First United Methodist Church Waco.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Walter and Albert and sister Irene Starling.

Henry is survived by wife, Georgie; daughter, Carolyn Macsas; son, Ron and wife, Donna; grandchildren, Michelle Sayre and husband, Scott; Matthew Eberhardt and wife, Diana; Leeann Watkins and husband, John; Franze Eberhardt; Kristen Reynolds and husband, Daniel; great grandchildren, Henry Watkins and Luke Eberhardt; sisters, Edna Hughes and Gertrude Eberhardt; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to First United Methodist Church Waco.
