The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Dr. Glenn Hilburn can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: To the family of Dr Glen Hilburn: My parents (Gil and Marie Merrill) were 50 year members of North Waco Baptist Church and I attended until I left for college in 1964. Dad was a deacon and mom served as church secretary for an extended period.
Dr Hilburn served as interim pastor on a few occasions. Most of the time he was called to serve, the church was under some stress as the departed pastor had been booted out or the congregation loved him and he left for greener pastures. I recall how both mom and dad respected Dr Hilburn and how he brought a calming effect to the church with his love of the Lord and His people.May God bless you and the memory of this noble man.
