Obituary for Frances Louise Williams

Frances Louise Williams, 68, of Lacy Lakeview, passed away surrounded by her family on August 22, 2016. Graveside services will be held Monday, August 29 at 2 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery.

Frances was born October 14, 1947 in Waco to William Earl and Leola (Ridings) Hamilton. She was a loving mother, a caring friend, and a very special person. Frances loved her kids, grandkids and her great-grandkids. She loved life and enjoyed every moment to it’s fullest.

Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bobby Williams; son, Corey Anders; daughter, Royce Brewer; granddaughter, Karli Anders; mother, Leola Hamilton; and sister, Doris Paris.

She is survived by her children, Gretchen Williams and fiancé, Shane Smith; Teresa Williams and husband, Bill Offield; Roy Anders, Jr. and wife, Nadine; Lee Anders and wife, Diana; and Chris Anders; brothers, Cecil Hamilton and wife, Kay; James Hamilton and wife, Doris; grandchildren, Christina Ard, Joshua Ratcliff, James Anders, Nathan Williams, Shyann Anders, Christan Anders, Casey Anders, Justin Anders, and Brittney Livingston; and great-grandchildren, Kaili Williams, Austin Stowe, Dilon Williams, Alissa Anders, Kaylee Holland, Adysen Holland, Hayle Ratcliff and David Ratcliff.
