Condolence: What do you say about DeeDee? She was unique in all she did and said and always kept a smile on her face. Ralf and I have known DeeDee since we worked together at Plantation Foods (yes, we processed turkeys together)and have never regretted our time together. We have stayed close friends for over 42 years. Ralf was in the Army so we moved quite a lot but DeeDee would always try to come see us in our different locations. She was ever by my side when Ralf had to go to Germany without me and made the time go by so much faster. Even though she struggled back then with many things she never lost her ability to laugh and cary on! When DeeDee rededicated her life to the Lord, she would SHOUT her love for Jesus and tell anyone who would listen. She encouraged me so many time when I would be feeling low and in return we shared many a private moments. Even when we could not live close to each other, we would talk on the phone and pick up right where we left off. It always seemed no matter how much time passed, we would start talking a feel like we had shared every day together. I will miss the talks and laughs but I believe we will pick up again once we are together in heaven like we have not missed a beat! DeeDee I thank you for sharing in my life and I pray for your family during this time of learning to live without you. See you later!

Condolence: Dee Dee & I were friends for over 20 yrs. And as the others have stated she kept me laughing, she always had a joke or a true story that would make you laugh until you were almost in tears. I thank God for our friendship, she came into the salon where I was working & it was like we were long lost friends. She just had a great presence about her.
When I changed salons the first time I didn't have her # when she randomly called a salon I answered & she said Karla? I said Dee Dee? She said girl you can run but you can't hide!!
We both new it was a God thing!
I will miss my sweet friend who inspired myself & many others but I know she is singing with the angels in heaven enjoying the "all you can eat buffet in her mansion in the sky!" I love you Dee Dee and I will see you later!!

Condolence: I am sad. I just learned off DeeDee's passing today. After getting married and moving to Montana almost 12 years ago, I did not keep up with DeeDee the way my heart would have had me to. She called some months back. It was good to hear from her. I have very fond memories of being roommates and friends! So many laughs! I have never laughed with someone as much as I did with DeeDee! As I think about DeeDee and our hours of conversations and the hours we went to church together. I KNOW we didn't lose her. I know right where she is! My love and prayers for all of you! When life got us down, DeeDee and I would go to "our HAPPY PLACE" - the circle in Waco. We would drive around and around the circle until we either became happy or threw up. :) Wanting to be there today sitting in the church we used to go to to celebrate DeeDee's! Couldn't be. So instead I blared are happy song here in Montana and remembered the days of driving around and around our happy place. There is comfort in knowing that DeeDee is in the ultimate Happy Place now! I wish I could hug you Martha!

Condolence: Martha, Stacy, Jenny & Justin,
I am so sorry to hear about Dee Dee's passing. I remember her infectious laughter when she worked with me in the accounting department at Providence and so grateful she was able to go into nursing so she could utilize her compassionate character in caring for others who were ill. I also had the pleasure of having her trio sing at one of our ladies events. Praying for your family during this difficult time.

Condolence: If I could turn back time I would, I would laugh more, spend time more and just let you know how much you meant to me. You will always be one of my best friends. Tu for being such an awesome trio partner and leader of our group. I'll see you in heaven some day. As you use to say, "you can't scare me with heaven, not with all that all you can eat buffet and praising Jesus". Love ya sis, Bev
