Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Janie Maines can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Janie and Willard were our next door neighbors and were like second parents to me during my teenage years in Golinda. Willard and I watched all the Dallas Cowboys games together, and Janie made sure that we never ran out of snacks. She always had a smile and a hug for me, and treated me like I was one of her own. I'm thankful to have known Janie and Willard, they were very special people. I hope they both know that they were never forgotten, and never will be.

Condolence: i was in janies class of 1950 she was not only the pritiest girl in the whole school but sweet and nice as well so sad nearly all the 50 class has passed on my heart and toughts go out to the family george and barbara also classmates
