Carlotta Maria Jones Bolridge
Carlotta Maria Jones Bolridge was born January 25, 1951 in Waco, Texas. She was the second child and only daughter born to Mr. Alvin Jones and Mrs. Jewel Owens Jones. Her father preceded her in death.

Carlotta attended McGregor Public Schools where she participated in Marching Band and track and field. She worked at Smead Manufacturing, Gulf State Manufacturing, Associated Hygienic Products (AHP) and Girling Health Care. Carlotta’s true passion was baking and cooking, and she helped organize many community and family functions. She was buried in baptism at a very early age at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where she sang beautifully in the church choir. She moved her membership to Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Satin, Texas and subsequently to Abundant Love in Waco, Texas under the pastorship of Rev. Edward Ross and First Lady Sheila Berry Ross. Carlotta Maria Jones Bolridge departed this life in the early morning hours on July 10, 2017.

She leaves to cherish her memory 3 beloved sons, Kendrick Jones of Temple, Texas, Patrick (Chris) Jones of Midland, Texas and Cedric McLeain of McGregor, Texas; 1 devoted daughter, Dewhana Jones of Fort Worth, Texas; 1 brother, Harold Joe (Johanna) Jones of McGregor, Texas.
