Carol was born December 21, 1940 in Waco to Raymond and Lucille (Ray) Arnold. She attended Waco High School and later 4-C Business College. Carol was a loving mother and grandmother. She was known as everyone’s meme because she was a caregiver to all who needed it. Carol enjoyed cooking and cookouts with family and friends. She was also the ultimate Elvis fan! Carol adored her family, especially her grandchildren, her church family, and her HEB family. She will be deeply missed.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Skip Williams and fiancé, Shelia Walts, Rhonda Vazquez and significant other, Daylon Collins, Melissa Hardin and husband, Pete, and Shane Leidig and wife, Ashley; grandchildren, Colton Harn and wife, Amanda, Brooklyn Hardin and fiancé, Virgil McAdams, Taylor Vazquez, Justin Dodd, and Melissa Kilgore; 13 great grandchildren; brother, Billy Ray and wife, Shirley; sister-in-law and best friend, Gloria Bittle; and her beloved puppy, Ziggy.
