Condolence: Robert Angel was my brother-in-law for 34 years. He was wise and kind with a wicked sense of humor! As a good husband to Sue & a Dad like no other to Bobby, Robin, Doug & Steven. He will be missed by family, friends & patients as well. Adios Amigos!

Condolence: As a former Director of Surgical Services at Providence Health Center, I was honored to work with Dr. Angel for many years. I treasured his expertise and willingness to work with our staff as a mentor. And of course, his wonderful sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers to all of his family and friends who will miss him.

Condolence: In a time when advances in medical technology were not as they are now,Dr. Angel performed with extreme knowledge and skill. I had the privilege to care for his patients for many years. I could tell how he took a personal concern for their welfare. Anytime I called for his help, he was there. I have so many fond memories of him. He truly cared. They don’t make many like him anymore. He touched so many lives. He will be sorely miss. My deepest condolences to his wife and family.

Condolence: I am so very sorry for your loss. Dr. Angel was a treasured and valued member of our Health Professions team at McLennan Community College. Our students loved his caring nature and his depth of knowledge that he shared in every course. We have missed him on campus and will continue to miss him every day. Dr. Angel was truly a unique human and true to his name!

Condolence: Bobby and for your stepmother, whom I did not get to meet. You and your dad have always felt like part of my family, even though we are far apart. I always had a crush on your dad because of his sense of humor and fun loving ways. I will never forget when he came by the house after his heart attack and announced he was having surgery, I asked who was going to do it and his reply was "me, I'm the best that I know". It makes me sad to lose him at his young age, to me, he is still young!

Condolence: To the Family and many friends of Dr. Angel. I am very sorry to just find out about his passing!! Many years ago he and Doctor Crosswaite did surgery on my wife and greatly relieved her problems/pain, at the time!! And it was not heart related. But we greatly appreciated their work, consideration. May God be with Doctor Angel's Family, and many, many friends!! He was a great Doctor/Christian/Gentleman/Friend to many, many people!! He will be greatly missed!!! Again, May GOD bless 'each' of you!!
