Pablo was born on June 29, 1919 in Rockdale, TX. He attended Waco schools then proudly served his country during World War II in the U.S. Army. On April 13, 1952 he married the love of his life, Menejilda H. Vela. They had six sons and three daughters. He was a hardworking man who worked numerous jobs at one time to provide for his family. At times he would even walk to work. He specialized in upholstery. He loved working with his hands. Pablo was an accomplished handyman from household tasks to automobiles. If it could be fixed, he would fix it. His motto was “where there’s a will, there’s a way”. He loved singing to and with his family. Pablo was also a soft spoken man who enjoyed the company of his family from his children to his great-great grandchildren up until the very end. He will be greatly missed.
