Adolph Schoenewolf, 82, of Waco, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2003, at a Waco hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 9, 2003, at the Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Curtis Holland officiating. Burial will follow in Waco Memorial Park.
Visitation with the family will be Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque.
Adolph was born September 27, 1921, in the Plainview Community, to Martin and Mary (Mueller) Schoenewolf. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a retired farmer, and was a member of Westwood Baptist Church of Woodway. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 48 years, Dot Schoenewolf, in 1996.
He is survived by sons, Curtis Schoenewolf of Waco, and David Schoenewolf and his wife Pat of Mound; daughter, Maxine Putman of Fort Worth; sister, Mary Louise Thompson of Gatesville, 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
