Alene M. Wright, 93, of Waco, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011 at a local care center. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 15, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
Alene was born January 22, 1918 in Coolidge to Henry and Georgia Adams Bolen. She worked for 20 years for the Waco Independent School District as a cashier in the cafeteria and as a school crossing guard.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James W. Wright, her brothers and sisters; and her son, Donald Wright.
Alene is survived by her daughter, Wanda Lynch and husband, Joe of Hewitt; granddaughter, Crystale Etchison and husband, Shawn; grandchildren, Stephen and Lisa Lynch; great grandchildren, Steven, Jeffery, Brittany and Riley Etchison.
