Amy Ruth Todd Caldwell, 97, of Mart, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, August 25, at Oakwood Cemetery.
Amy Ruth was born May 22, 1914 in Waco to William and Florence (Rogers) Denton. She was a lifelong member of Herring Avenue Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jim Todd and Ralph Caldwell; daughter, Donna Hudgens; granddaughters, Jennifer Hendrick and Mallory Wren; her parents; three brothers, and two sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Patsy Hendrick and husband, C.L., of Mart, and Carolyn Taylor and husband, Rayburn, of Hewitt; son, James Hudgens and wife, Priscilla of Cypress; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
