Anita Louise (Stookesberry) York, 66, of Waco, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2003, at her home. No services will be held.
PERSONAL LIFE
Anita was born January 17, 1937, in Savannah, Iowa, the daughter of the late Dean and Nola (Lunsford) Stookesberry. She was the widow of Robert York of Waco, who passed away January 3, 2002. She was a homemaker.
SURVIVORS
She is survived by three sons, Mark York and his wife Laura of Shurts, Steve York and his wife Barbara of El Paso, and Dennis York and his wife Susan of Clinton, NJ; two brothers, Stan Stookesberry and his wife Donna of Granbury, and Richard Stookesberry of Ft. Madison, Iowa; three sisters, Deanna Jones and her husband Gordon of Hewitt, Sharon Kurka and her husband Joe of Fairfield, Iowa, and Janeanne Miller of Waco; five grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
