Anna was born October 27, 1964 in Victoria. She grew up in Kerrville and graduated from Austin's Anderson High School in 1983. She lived and worked in Austin until her marriage to John Corwin Rambeau, III on January 6, 1990. She and John are blessed with 4 children.
Besides her great love of Jesus and the church, Anna loved her children and family immensely. She had a precious heart and it came out in everything she did. She had an amazing gift for interior decorating and design that she used not only in her own home but at church and in friends' homes. Anna also loved animals. She was often willing to take in strays and went out of her way to protect the bird nests in her yard. She especially loved her two dogs, Jake and Millie and her cat, Taz.
She served as the Women's Pastor of High Point Church in Woodway, along with her husband, Pastor John. She had a passion for the ladies' ministry of the church, leading a bible study and always praying for and serving those in need. Above all, her passion was for Jesus and His word. Even during her battle with breast cancer, Anna was an inspiration to everyone around her. From the moment she was diagnosed, she was surrounded by praise music, scripture and prayer, never letting a negative word leave her lips. To be with her during that time was a comfort and a blessing. Her faith was contagious! Throughout her fight, she was always faithful, knowing God would heal her. Although she did not receive her healing here on Earth, we are comforted in knowing that she is perfectly healed now, in Heaven.
Anna was preceded in death by her mother, Olivia June Plummer; and her brother, W. A. (Bill) Plummer, III.
She is survived by her husband, John; four children, Tyler Alexander, Hilary Delaney, Christian Gunnarson and Rachel Olivia; her father, W. A. (Al) Plummer, Jr.; her sisters, Junie Marie Plummer and Olivia Christine Taylor. She is fondly remembered and loved by John's parents, Kay and John Rambeau; her niece, Claire Jenkins; her four sisters-in-law; four brothers-in-law; fifteen nieces and nephews; and two great-nephews.
