Apolinar Rodriguez, Jr. of Waco, Texas passed away March 18, 2021 in Waco, Texas. Visitation and Rosary will be 6 – 8 pm, Thursday, March 25,2021 at Oakcrest Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 10 am, Friday, March 26, 2021 at Saint Francis Church with Father/Deacon of Saint Francis Church officiating. Burial will follow at Rosemound Cemetery. Arrangements are made by OakCrest Funeral Home.

Apolinar Rodriguez, Jr. was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Apolinar Rodriguez, Sr. and Genevieve Rodriguez on November 11, 1981. He went to school in Waco, Texas. He worked in concrete construction for Jesse Lopez Concrete / Contractors.

Apolinar was preceded in death by his father, Apolinar Rodriguez, Sr.; grandmother, Regina Medina; aunts, Regina Tina Medina and Bernadine Bustamante.

Apolinar is survived by his daughter, Analez Rodriguez; mother, Genevieve Rodriguez; Father figure, Victor Medrano; sisters, Anna Rodriguez, Lucy Rodriguez and husband, Jesus Bustamante-Lopez, and Maria Galaviz and husband, Adelaido Galaviz. Nieces and nephews, Shane Rodriguez, Andrea Rodriguez, Selena Rodriguez, Jimmy Rodriguez, Angel Rodriguez, Adelaido Galaviz Jr., Abel Galaviz, Amalia Galaviz, Emilio Arechiga, Ruben Arechiga, Victor Galaviz, and Jacob Arechiga; great nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Shane Rodriguez, Angel Rodriguez, Emilio Arechiga, Ruben Arechiga, Adelaido Galaviz, Jr., Abel Galaviz, Jimmy Rodriguez, and Victor Galaviz with Jacob Arechiga and Analez Rodriguez leading.
