Beatrice Eloise Huser, 93, of Waco, died December 29, 2007 in a local care center. Graveside services will be Monday, December 31 at 10:00 a.m. with Chaplain Curtis Holland officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, December 30 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.
Beatrice was born on November 8, 1914 in San Saba, Texas to E. C. Thornton and Viola Lackey.
Beatrice enjoyed being with her family and time spent bowling and fishing. Beatrice worked for many years for Library Binding Company in Waco.
Beatrice is preceded in death by her husband, Alvin William Huser, Sr. who retired from the US Postal Service after many years of service.
She is survived by sons, Bill Huser and wife, Dixie of Waco and Danny Huser and wife, Frankie of Clifton; grandchildren, Brad Huser and wife, LaDean and Sherry Huser Norman and great-grandchildren, Josh, Zach and Kaleigh Huser.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the Regent Care staff for their love and support.
