Becky Murphy

Becky Diane Murphy, 49, of Waco, passed away, Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Providence Health Center. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 22, 2013 at OakCrest Funeral Home. Burial will follow shortly after the service at China Spring Cemetery. Visitation with her family will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.

Becky was born February 9, 1964 in Dallas to Patsy and Martin Brown. She later relocated to Waco where she spent most of her life. Becky enjoyed dancing, country music and most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father, Martin Brown; her sister, Donna Polsten; and her niece, Tina Dulock.

Becky is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Miranda and Gus Rodriguez; her mother and step-father, Patsy and Don Doss; her sisters, Donna Wilson, Kathy Green and Rhonda Crawford and husband, Randy; her grandsons, LeAngel and Noah Rodriguez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Providence Hospice for the care they provided Becky.
