Billy Raymond Campbell of Eddy passed away on March 31, 2015 at Hillcrest Hospital.
Visitation will be on Monday April 5, from 5-7 with Services on Tuesday, at 11:00 am at OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel, 4520 Bosque Blvd. Waco, TX. A private burial will be held in Boyd.
Bill was born on November 21, 1949 in Waco to Betty Jean Campbell. He graduated from University High School. After graduation, Bill served two tours in Vietnam with the Army, upon his return he took up the profession of his uncle as a machinist, and for the last fourteen years he worked for Marathon Norco Aerospace until his passing.
In September 1982, he married the love of his life Kaye Hood of Valley Mills.
Bill was an amazing husband, father, son, grandfather, and friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his step-father Charles Campbell and his son Ronnie Wayne both of Waco.
Survivors include his beloved mother, Betty Jean Campbell of Waco, wife Kaye, daughter Rhonda Combs of Waco, sons Andrew and Joshua of Eddy, grandchildren Mikeal and Anna Wyatt, Lindsey and Lacey Campbell.
