Billy Lemond Mozee, 36, passed away Monday, September 29, 2008, at home. There will be a visitation for family and friends 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, October 4, at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd. A memorial video will be shown during the visitation. No service is planned.
Born October 16, 1971 in Lott, TX, Billy grew up and lived most of life in Waco. He attended Waco High School, and had a very full life. As a child, Billy enjoyed fishing. He was intelligent. He loved his dog, Mink. He traveled with his long time companion. His true life enjoyment was spending time with his loved ones. His favorite past time was watching movies, playing basketball and playing slots in the casino. Billy was very caring and always willing to help others. His generosity and unselfishness touched everyone and made other lives rich.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Faye Nevels.
Billy is survived by his best friend and long time companion, Susan Robinson; daughter, Kandace Brown; sister, Michelle Nevels; step-children, Luis Robinson and Lisa Swapp; a host of aunts, cousins, several relatives and many friends.
Dear Billy, you are a true inspiration, you are profoundly loved and missed Susan, Kandace, Michelle, Luis, Lisa, Mink and Xuxa.
