Bonnie Finstad

Bonnie Finstad, 80, of Woodway, died Friday, April 13, 2012 at Providence Health Center. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, at Waco Memorial Park with Pastor James Price officiating. Visitation with her family will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.

Bonnie was born December 19, 1931 in Waco to Henry Carl Wagner and Hattie Holle Wagner. She married Calvin Eugene Finstad. Bonnie enjoyed making a loving home for her family and traveling the world. She also enjoyed tending to her flower gardens. Bonnie especially loved all her furry friends. She was a lifelong member of St. Mark Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Calvin; and her brother, Charles Wagner.

Bonnie is survived by her sons, Rick Finstad and wife, Carolyn of Hewitt and David Finstad of Waco; grandsons, Joshua Finstad and Jordan Finstad both of Hewitt; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
