Bonnie Lucille Mitchell, 73, of China Spring, passed away Monday, February 18, 2008 in a Waco hospital. Her family will have a private service and burial later.
Bonnie was born April 10, 1934 in Gaylord, MI., to George and Wilma (Davis) Morse. She married John J. Mitchell on October 29, 1955 in Cassopolis, MI. They moved to the Waco area in 1981.
She loved all animals, especially her horses which they kept on Almosta, the family farm in China Spring.
She enjoyed working outside at the farm, and was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
She leaves her husband, John J. Mitchell of China Spring; her daughter, Kim Mitchell of Axtell; her two sons, Timothy (Bo) Mitchell and wife, Debbie of Bristol, IN., and James (Bud) Mitchell and his wife, Missy. of Chalk Bluff; a sister, Carol Allison of Dowagiac, MI.; a brother, George Morse of Dowagiac, MI.; three grandchildren, Britt Moebius of Waco, Jesse Karlik of West, and Josh Mitchell and wife, Jocelyn, of Bristol, IN.; and three great-grandchildren, Brayden Mitchell of Bristol, IN., Lauren Hobbs of Crawford, and Tristan Moebius of Waco.
