Bradford Brunson

Bradford Warren Brunson, age 58, passed away on May 29, 2023 in Waco, Texas. A celebration of life will be on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 1:00-3:00 at Mom Grazing Association Lake.

Brad was born on November 26, 1964, in Waco, Texas to Luther and Sue Brunson at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center. He obtained his G.E.D. in 1984 and later attended Texas State Technical College and in 1995, Brad earned a degree in O.S.H.A. safety. Brad was a long-term employee of Owens-Illinois here in Waco. He loved anything to do with the topic of history. Brad was also a big fan of all genres of music. In recent years, while living on his farm, he loved going to his barn and caring for all his animals.

Brad is preceded in death by his mother, Sue Brunson; aunt, Ann Parks; granddaughter, Makiyah Preston; grandparents, Lucille and Luther Brunson, Coleen and Akard Cruse.

He is survived by his loving wife of eleven years, Cathy; father, Luther Brunson and wife, Barbara; children, Hailey Brunson, Colby Brunson and wife, Rachel, Kelsey Killough and husband, Ryan; stepchildren, Christina Toscona and husband, David Paul, Misti Sony and husband, Wayne; sister, Rebecca Durocher; step-siblings, Annette Ayers and husband, Mark, Randy Cunningham, Alan Cunningham and wife, Deana; and 15 grandchildren.

Special thanks to Mark and Lisa Swanner for their love and dedication within the last several years. Brad always valued you more than you will ever know.
