Calletano "Collie" Castillo, 76 of Waco passed away on Thursday, February 05, 2004 at a local hospital.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Saturday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow at the Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm followed by a Rosary.
Collie was born on October 1, 1928 in McLennan County to Raphael and Rosa Castillo. He was a caretaker at the Rosemound Cemetery here in Waco.
He is survived by his sons, Ralph Castillo and wife Delores of West; Johnny Castillo and wife Michelle of Sherman; daughters, Belinda Duarte of Waco, Lupe Marquez and husband Jesse of Waco, Caroline Darden and husband Buster of Waco; fifteen grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Roy Castillo of Temple; sister, Rosa Fuentes of Waco; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Collie was preceded in death by his son Frank Castillo, parents, sister and two brothers.
Pallbearers will be Frank Duarte, Gabriel and Mathew Marquez, Andrew Castillo, Ralph Castillo, Jr., Frank Castillo, Randy Garza and Jesse Castillo.
