Candy Arias

Candy Mathias Arias, 34, of Waco, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2007. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Church of the Open Door, 900 N. Loop 340, Bellmead. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.

A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque. A memorial video of his life will be shown during the prayer service.

Candy was born in Waco to Joe and Irene Arias, Jr., and lived here all his life. He was a disc jockey and music producer.

He is survived by his wife, Shimeath Irene Rivera; a son, Mathias; a daughter, Brittnee; four brothers, Rudy, Moses, Ray, and Joseph Arias; a sister, Francis; and his parents, Joe and Irene Arias Jr., and his unborn son, Candy Mathias Arias Jr.

Pallbearers will be his four brothers and Raymond Perez and Anthony Casiano.
