Catherine Joan (Kathy) Buckner, 63, of Waco, passed away Monday, April 13, 2015, at a local nursing facility.
Rosary will be recited 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Waco followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. with Father Joe Geleney officiating.
Private burial will be later at St. Mary Cemetery in West.
Kathy was born September 4, 1951 in Waco to Melton (Allan) and Pauline (Sulak) Buckner. She graduated from Reicher High School in 1970.
She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents, Joe and Annie Sulak and Lawrence and Rosie Buckner.
She is survived by her mother, Pauline Buckner of Waco; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
