Chuck Heath, 79 of Waco, passed away on Monday December 25, 2006 at a local care center. Military graveside honors will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Waco Memorial Park with the Rev. Don Wallace officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 ? 8 pm at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.
Chuck was born on January 26, 1927 in Carrollton, Mississippi to Charles and Mary Frances (Hanks) Heath. He married the love of his life, Eula Wallace Mullen on November 15, 1968 in Miami, Florida. He was a commercial pilot for many years and later he and his wife owned their own business restoring antique airplanes. His passions in life were family, flying, good food and traveling. He was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association. Worked with Men for Missions at FUMC and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. Chuck was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Waco. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 38 years, Eula Heath of Waco; son, Daniel Heath of Waco; daughter, Cheryl Heath Eastman of Clovis, New Mexico; step-son, David Mullen and wife Holly of Ingleside; step-daughter, Beth Wooten and husband, Tim of Lockhart; and grandchildren, Miranda Heath of Waco, Melanie Heath of Waco and Megan Mullen of Ingleside.
