Charles Cecil Heath, 49, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, November 28, 2005.
Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, at OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Curtis Holland officiating. Burial will be at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque.
Charles was born November 18, 1956 in Waco, and grew up here. He attended Waco schools and graduated from Richfield High School in 1974.
He then graduated from the University of Texas in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and biology. He worked for 10 years for the state of Texas as a chemist.
For the last several years, he worked as a realtor in the Austin area. He was a member of Hyde Park Baptist Church in Austin. As an avid sports fan, he was especially interested in University of Texas sports.
Charles is survived by his parents, Carroll and Charlene Heath of Waco, and a host of friends and relatives.
Memorials may be made to Hyde Park Baptist Church Food Pantry or the Alzheimer's Association, 3708 W. Waco Dr., Waco 76710.
