Chiquita Anne Leek, 65, of Hewitt, passed away Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, at St. Jerome Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, at OakCrest Funeral Home followed by visitation with her family.
Chiquita was born in Tulsa, Okla., and graduated from Okmulgee, Okla. High School and Oklahoma State Tech University. She married William Richard Leek on May 3, 1975 in Okmulgee, Okla. She was a gentle, compassionate person to everyone she knew or worked with. She always said the best things that ever happened to her were marrying Bill Leek and joining the Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Edna May Brewer.
Chiquita is survived by her husband, Bill; two daughters, Caitlin Myatt and husband Jeremy and Emily Lopez and husband Benaya; grandchildren, Liam and Korbin Myatt; brother, Raymond K. Brewer and wife, Kim; many nephews and nieces.
Memorials may be made to St. Jerome Catholic Church.
