Clemencia Mansolo Reyes gained her wings on October 25, 2024 surrounded by her family. After a courageous battle with cancer, God needed her more & called her home. Clemencia was full of accomplishments; her main accomplishment was her family. Especially her great grandbabies.

Clemencia was preceded in death by her father, Juan Mansolo; mother, Ysabella Rivaz; sisters, Isabel Sotomayor and Virginia Rodriguez; brothers, Victor Porres and Tony Castillo; great grandson, Anjel Aguilera; and great granddaughter, Mya Ysabella Marie.

Clemencia was a devoted Catholic & was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church. Her Faith never wavered throughout this journey.

Clemencia was born on November 23, 1939 to Juan Mansolo and Ysabella Hernandez in Abilene, TX. Clemencia lived most of her life in Marlin, TX. Clemencia met her husband Luciano Reyes in March 1971 & recently celebrated 54 years of marriage.

Clemencia gave life to 5 boys & 4 girls. Johnny Ramirez, Jr. (Lisa), John Phillip Ramirez (Chastity), Cynthia Carbajal (Victor), Virginia (Artemio), John Edward Ramirez, Clemencia Brewer (Jay), John Louis (Annette), Lisa Jackson (Fernando), and Chris Reyes (Julie).

Clemencia had 39 grandkids, 72 great grandkids, and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Clemencia was employed at Providence Hospital for 25 years before retiring. After retirement Clemencia helped with caring for the grandkids. Clemencia enjoyed her Dallas Cowboys to no end, she always ended up changing the channel because you all know why. Clemencia enjoyed spending time with her family having cookouts, listening to Tejano music, and watching her novales. Clemencia was a strong woman, a good woman who was the backbone of our family. Mommy will be missed by all who came in contact with her. Mommy spoke her mind, she never sugar coated anything. Our family is devastated from losing her & we’re trying to cope with this loss at this time. Thank you to everyone who has reached out to us. We appreciate the calls, texts, and the love given during this difficult time.

Special thank you to Dr. Sneeden with Texas Oncology in Waco, TX and Dr. Barryman with Texas Oncology in Dallas, TX. Thank you to Community Healthcare of Texas Hospice for everything you guys did & caring for Mommy. Special thank you to her daughter-in-law Chastity who wasn’t only her daughter-in-law, but her daughter, for being her comfort through this journey. Also thank you to Lisa, Cynthia & Clemi who cared for her 24/7, and to granddaughters Paula Torres & Destinee Jackson for personally taking time off work to help care for their Granny. Mommy fired us so many times, she said she had to re-hire us because we were all she had. I know she appreciated you all & enjoyed the time she had with us. Please continue to lift our Family up in Prayer.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons: Mikal A. Jackson, Fernando Jackson, Jr., Larry Brewer, III., Justin Brewer, Joshua Brewer, John Phillip Ramirez, Jr., Evaristo Aguilera, and Gervoni-Kyle Jackson.

Honorary Pallbearers are Anthony Castelluccio, Victor Carbajal, Jr., Jose Lopez, Jr., Jose Anjel Lopez, Johnny Ramirez, III., John Michael, Christopher, Jr., Airion Cromer, and Jaylon Davis.

2 Timothy 4:7- I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the Faith.

Mommy kept her Faith until the end. Mommy won the Race & is rejoicing in Heaven with our Heavenly Father, her Mommy, sisters, brothers, and grandchildren whom she’s missed dearly. Mommy will forever live through us all, her LEGACY!!!
