Daniel Boshell AKA “DBO”, 39, of Waco passed away at his home on July 17th, 2023.
He is survived by his parents, Rose Boshell and Robert “Bob” Fabela; 5 children, April, Gabby, Makenzie, Danielle, and Jace; siblings, Johnny and sister-in-law, Necole Inskeep, Robert Fabela, and Melissa Fabela and many nieces and nephews, and close friends.
Daniel was born in Fontana, California on July 25th, 1983.
Daniel illuminated every room when he spoke, and he left an impression on everyone he met. He loved the simple things, including the San Francisco 49ers, the Second Amendment and traveling to new places. He looked forward to seeing his family and friends every weekend and had an irreplaceable bond with his nieces and nephew. Daniel worked as a truck driver for Schneider national and he loved his job. He quickly made friends with anyone easily and never met a stranger he wasn’t willing to help. He would give you anything you needed, even if it was his last. He adored taking care of his family and friends and would do anything to see them smile or make them laugh. Daniel was an old soul at heart. Even as a millennial, he would tell you he identified as Gen-X. He made sure that he had a special inside joke for everyone and it was easy to feel like, even if you just met him, that you had known him forever. What we will remember most is his contagious and melodic laugh. Daniel loved to laugh and there was never a dull moment with him around. Daniel was a “mama’s boy”, his sibling would always give him a hard time and call him “Mom’s favorite child.” He looked up to his big brothers so much and his sister adored him. He loved spending time with his nephew, Junior, and would often take him on a “guys’ day” or “guys’ trip” for the day. They would go anywhere, including the beach or just out to eat. He was incredibly proud of the man his nephew, Branden Fabela, turned out to be. Daniel would tell everyone he helped raise him. He also loved spending time with his niece, Kodi Rose (the princess), and never missed one of her dance recitals. Daniel always held his family and friends closest to his heart and loved them dearly. He is so loved and will be greatly missed by everyone who cherished him.
