Darryl Carlton Benton, 69, of Waco, Texas passed away at his home on February 16, 2022.
Darryl was born August 18, 1952 in Waco, Texas to Carlton and Andye Sue Benton. He graduate4d from Waco High School in 1970. After high school, he served his country in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carlton N. Benton; and his sister, Cynthia Benton-Young.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Veronica "Stinka Boo" Benton; mother, Andye "Mama Sue" Benton; uncle and aunt, George and Wanda Green; niece, Tikita and husband, William Paul; great-niece, Cyndy Paul and great-nephew, Liam Paul; his best friend, Dwight Johnson; along with numerous family and close friends.
Darryl grew up loving music and enjoyed being a musician.
