David DeGroot, 87, of China Spring, passed away in his home with loving family around him. He fought a long battle with cancer.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Leone DeGroot; wife, Nancy DeGroot; and brother, Paul DeGroot. He was survived by his daughters, Linda Vaughn, Terrie Spykes, and stepdaughter, Daina Moore. He also had four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday, May 21st at 10:00 AM at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church with a brief visitation following the service.
