Dawn Cornelius, 45, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at Providence Medical Center. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, September 10, 2010 at Mexia City Cemetery in Mexia with Ted Peabody officiating. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, September 9, 2010 at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.
Dawn was born August 22, 1965 in Hazen, North Dakota. She was a resident of Mexia State School for many years. She loved to watch and listen to country western music, especially Dolly Parton. She enjoyed watching movies and soap operas.
She is survived by her sister, Georgete Weatherly of Livingston.
