Dolores Perez

Dolores Ann Perez, 42, of Waco, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2017. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at OakCrest Funeral Home with Rev. Ruben Andrade, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm on Monday, January 30, 2017 with a Prayer Service beginning at 7 pm, at OakCrest Funeral Home.

Dolores was born October, 15, 1974, in Waco, Texas to Jesus and Rosie (Arechiga) Perez, Jr. She was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother, and a good friend. She enjoyed listening to music, watch T-Ball games, and the Dallas cowboys.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mary and Frank Hixson, and Epifania Perez and Jesus Perez, Sr., and uncle Alfredo Perez.

She is survived by her parents; children, Jessica Perez, Augustine Perez and Serria Perez, the father of her children Michael Garcia, and the love of her life, grandson Justin Cordero, whom she raised as her own; 7 other grandchildren; sisters, Terri Perez Martinez and husband Arthur; brothers, Jesus Perez III and wife Tracy, and Frank Perez; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friend Johnny Parnell.
