The bright light shined and God’s clock chimed for Donald “Hal” Shelby on May 24, 2013.

Visitation only will be held from 6:30pm-8:30pm on Tuesday, May 28 at OakCrest Funeral Home,
4520 Bosque Blvd. Respects may be shown beginning Sunday. The funeral home will be open regular
business hours Sunday & Monday.

Hal was born in Weatherford, TX to Ronald Chandler and Minnie Niblett Shelby.

He is survived by his wife, Becca Cadell Graham; sister, Martha Rhodes; brother, Eddie Shelby; daughters,
America Ramirez, Janet Gama, Jessica Shelby, Priscilla Shelby, Roxanne Williams, Brandi Taylor; son, Ronnie
Shelby; step sons, Jeff Graham, Jason Graham and 13 grandchildren. He also leaves behind special friends,
son-in-law, Craig Thomas, Jr, James Gahagan, Brad Wright and David Henkel.

Hal was preceded in death by his parents, son, Alex Shelby, brother-in-law, Guy Rhodes and niece, Shea Rhodes.

The family wishes to send a special thanks to Benny and Laura with Providence Hospice and the unconditional love,
respect and patience at Quality Care of Waco.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Donald “Hal” Shelby.
