Earnest (Earnie, Bubba, Rosie) Marshall Carlile Jr

Earnest Marshall Carlile Jr., 64, of Waco passed away Friday. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday July 1, 2009 at Highland Baptist Church with the Rev. Bob Painter officiating .
Earnie was born March, 6, 1945 in Mexia to Earnest M. Carlile Sr. and Dorothy Howell Carlile. He was an aircraft mechanic for Continental Airlines for 36 years serving at both the Houston airports. During his tenure with Continental he held various job titles in both operations and management. His job took him to out of state locations as well a lengthly period of time in Switzerland.
Bubba was preceded in death by his wife Sandy; father; and sister: Marsha Knippa.
Rosie is survived by daughters Jennifer Eckhart and husband Steve, Kenda Crum; son John Marcrum and wife Sharhonda; mother Dorothy Cravy; sister Larna Warren; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, many cousins; nieces, nephews and friends.
After his retirement in Houston, Rosie moved to Waco where he made many good friends. He blessed his cousin, Don Stevens with many hours and miles of Christian fellowship and companionship on a daily basis. He was a faithful member of Highland Baptist Church and attended Joe Bob and Ann Whitt's Life Group. He was always so thankful to his special friend, Rose Ann Washburn
Honorary pallbearers will be David Blaschke, Bill Auten, Gary Turberville, Mike Trantham, Jennifer Trahan, Ron Austin, Mason Stevens and all of the 1962 Ingleside State Championship Finalist Football Team.
