Eddie Dominik

Eddie Paul Dominik of Woodway, Texas, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017. A Service of Remembrance will be held Saturday, February 18 at 11 am at the Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, February 16 from 6 to 8 pm at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.

Eddie was born in Gatesville, Texas, on June 30, 1953. While attending art classes at Baylor University, he met his future wife, Pam Mann.

Eddie worked in retail for many years, including several years at Cox’s, and over thirty years at Dillard’s. Eddie was very creative and had a flair for extravagant floral designs. He also loved decorating for Halloween and Christmas.

Eddie was preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Dominik. He is survived by his mother, Jewell “Shang” Dominik, his wife Pam Mann Dominik, sister-in-law Karen Mann Patterson, and cherished nephew Alex Patterson . . . Eddie loved being his “Unc”. Eddie also leaves several aunts and cousins as well as a host of friends.

He will be missed!
