Eleanor Etter, 82, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2006.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday July 20, 2006 at OakCrest Funeral Home with Rev. Jim D. Chandler officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park.
Mrs. Etter was born December 24, 1923 in Menlow, Texas to Tom Steele and Bonnie Chapman Steele. She was a book keeper for Central Freight for many years.
Eleanor was a member of Central United Methodist Church and the Working Hands Sunday School Class.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John Thomas Etter, brother Rex Steele, and grandson John Thomas Etter.
Mrs. Etter is survived by her son CDR John Etter DDS and wife Susie of Anchorage, Alaska, granddaughter Bonnie Etter, nephew Larry Steele of Ft. Worth and nice Linda Grant.
Pallbearers will be Livy Etter, Larry Steele, David Desai, Harold McCain, Loyd Nichols and Ursua.
