Elidio nacio en Mexico, sus padres; Guillermo Chaparro y Micayla Chaparro Jamez. Fue buen hijo, esposo, padre, abuelo, a de mas un buen amigo.
En vida fue un hombre muy trabajador, contratista de cemento. Conosido por el buen trajabo en cemento.
Cargadores son, Martin Cruz, Frank Cruz, Julio Cruz y James Chaparro, hijo.
