Esther Banda

Esther G. Banda, 57 of Waco passed away in Waco. Memorial services will be 2 pm Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel, 4520 Bosque Blvd.

Esther was born on December 26, 1948 in Dallas to Hilario and Josefina (Cruz) Gomez. She attended Dallas school and was a graduate of Crozier Tech. in 1968. She then married Albert Banda and to this union four children were born and two step-children. Esther had worked for Ahlers and Ass. as a Data Transfer Specialist for the past eighteen years. She was preceded in death by her father, Hilario Gomez and brother, George Gomez and sister, Diana Maldonado.

Esther is survived by her mother, Josephina Cruz Gomez of Waco; daughter, Cynthia Banda and husband Jose Salinas of Waco; sons, Albert Banda of Waco, Roman Banda and wife Diana of Waco, Carlo Banda and wife Jennifer of Austin; step-sons, Daniel Banda of Dallas and Michael Banda of Dallas; six grandchildren; sisters, Ofelia Sanchez and husband Clemente, Eloisa Telkamp and husband Jeffrey, Dora Rosas and husband Carlos and Gloria Perez and husband Anastacio and brother, Daniel Gomez.
