Frances Hubbard

Frances Lorene Hubbard ‘Keeton,” age 84, of Waco passed away on Sunday, May 15th, 2022. She normally went by the name Lorene. Frances was born May 16th 1937 in Hill County to Omar Keeton and Pearl (Brannon) Keeton. On Feb 4th 1956 Frances married Charles Kenneth Hubbard in Penelope, TX. Frances and Charles had 2 children, Kenneth Wayne and Rhonda Lynne.

Frances went to school in Bynum, TX. When she married Charles, they moved to Waco, TX before 1961. Frances loved her family and friends dearly. She always found a way to make you smile. Some of her favorite things to do were crocheting and spending time with her family. Boy did she love her grandkids and great grandbabies. She would tell anyone who would listen about each and every one of her pride and joys.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Omar and Pearl Hubbard; husband, Charles Hubbard; son, Kenneth Hubbard; daughter, Rhonda Hubbard; granddaughter, Brittney Denise Grubbs; and brother, Floyd Gene Keeton.

Frances is survived by her grandchildren, Patrick Bellringer and wife, Alicia, Christopher Bellringer, Rance Grubbs, Amber Harris and husband, Austin, and Faith Mancia and husband, Jason Sr; great-grandchildren, Lauriona and Kimberlyn Bellringer, Jason Mancia Jr, and soon to be Houston Harris, son-in-law, Walter Grubbs; as well as other family and friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, May 27, 2022, at OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel, Waco with Pastor Dr. Morgan Woodard officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, May 26, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at OakCrest Funeral Home, Waco. Interment will follow at Ridge Park Cemetery, Hillsboro, Texas.
