Frances Sanchez

Frances Sanchez, age 91, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 17, 1932 in Asa, Texas to Ysidro and Jesusa Garcia.

She was married to Hilarco Sanchez, Jr. on August 8, 1949 who preceded her in death on February 15, 1981.
Frances was also preceded in death by her five sons, David, Andrew, Edward, Johnny, and Mario Sanchez; 7 brothers; and 3 sisters.

Frances worked at Brown’s Produce in Waco for 30 years, C-Line Products for 25 years, and WISD for 10 years.
Frances enjoyed cooking and spending time with family. She made delicious tamales. Her favorite football team was none other than the Dallas Cowboys.

Frances is survived by her daughters, Rosa Gonzalez (Martin) of Buffalo, TX and Connie Bautista (Guillermo) of Waco, TX; brother, Pete Garcia, Sr. of Waco, TX; 34 grandchildren; 127 great grandchildren; 72 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. All of these she loved and touched their lives. She will be surely missed.
