Our beloved Mr. Fred Arocha fought the good fight and finished his last race here on earth and entered into the kingdom of Heaven on Thursday, August 5, 2021.
Fred was born on December 8, 1955 to Mr. Paul Quinones Arocha and Ms. Teresa Garcia Arocha in Waco, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Florida where he spent the last 30 years of his life. He was a Senior Project Manager for Pasco County, Florida where he worked prior to falling ill. Fred loved to grill, cookout, travel, play golf, fish, and watch his Baylor Bears and Dallas Cowboys. He rode in many cycling marathon rides benefitting MS.
He was the most amazing man you could ever meet and had such a loving soul. His smile was contagious and would illuminate any room he entered. This is why he was known as “the life of the party.” Fred always ensured that everyone had a good time and a good laugh. He was the type of man who would go above and beyond to help in any way he could. He always showed you how much he cared about you and how much you were appreciated.
