Fred Franklin Key, 84 passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2004 at a local care center. Graveside services are 1:00 pm Tuesday at the Oakwood Cemetery. Friends and family can come by Monday after 10:00 am to visit. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 pm Monday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.
Fred was born on December 22, 1919 in May County, Texas to Thomas Franklin and Velma Viola (Reynolds) Key. He was united in marriage to Anna Louise Stroh on July 19, 1947. Fred was in the Air Force serving during WWII and a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his brothers, Byron L. and Arlis D. Key of Burkburnett, Texas.
Fred was preceded in death by his son Allen in 1980 and by his wife Anna in 1997.
