Freda Mae Niederer, 90 of Waco passed away at a local care center. Services will be 2pm Friday at OakCrest Funeral Home with burial in Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8pm Thursday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.
Freda was born in Porter Springs to Paul and Lydia (Wedemeyer) Gummelt. She married the love of her life, Gus Albert Niederer.
Freda is survived by her husband Gus Albert Niederer of Waco; son, Albert Ray Niederer and wife Ann of Waco; daughter, Dorothy DeBorde and husband Darryl of Tulsa, Ok; grandchildren, Deborah Saxon. David Niederer, Donelle Enos and Dayna Avery; great-grandchildren, Megan and Peyton Niederer and Carter Enos.
