Gary Campbell
Gary Campbell, 55, of Waco, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013 at his residence. Services will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at OakCrest Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
Gary was born September 9, 1957 in Waco to Lonnie Lee Campbell and Wanda Jean Campbell. He attended Waco public schools and graduated from Waco High School in 1975. Gary then attended North Texas State University receiving his BS and later he received Associates degrees from both MCC and TSTC. He worked as a city building inspector throughout Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Gary is survived by his son, Jacob Campbell; brother, James Campbell; sister, Janice Gilman and husband, John; and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family wishes to thank the staffs of Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center and Hospice for their comfort and care.
