George Beard

George F. Beard, 64, went to our heavenly father on Saturday, January 16, 2021. A memorial service will begin at 1 pm, Thursday, January 21, 2021 at OakCrest Funeral Home with Steven Hamilton officiating. Visitation will be at noon, one hour prior to the memorial service.

George was born on March 29, 1956, in Waco, Texas to Marshall and Mary Beard. He was the fourth of eight children.

George, also known as Frankie, graduated from Waco High School in 1975 and married his high school sweetheart, Irene Hamilton. He also graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a degree in psychology. George enjoyed watching all sports, listening to miscellaneous music, talking about cars and motorcycles, and collecting knives.

He is survived by his ex wife and close friend, Irene of Waco; sister, Elaine Jones of Houston; brothers, Marshall and William of Waco; daughter, Amanda Beard Robles of China Spring; step-children, Richard Carvajal of Waco, and Michael Carvajal of Austin; plus numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
