Georgia Elizabeth Evans, 60, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2011 at Providence Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 8, 2011 at OakCrest Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park.
Georgia was born to Robert Wade Cagle and Vallie Voncille McClendon August 6, 1950 in the Panama Canal Zone.
She was preceded in death by her father; one brother; one niece; and one nephew.
Georgia is survived by her husband, B. Wayne Evans of Kingston, Oklahoma; daughter, Mary Sparks of Everett, Washington; son, Edward Austin Sparks and wife, Melissa Ann of Leander, Texas; her mother, Vallie Voncille Cagle of Kingston, Oklahoma; grandson, Holden Anthony Sparks; niece, Lynn Jones-White; nephews, John and Mark Cagle; and several other nieces and nephews.
