German Turrubiartes

German Turrubiartes, 74, of Waco, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon on Thursday, February 4, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Very Rev. C. Benjamin Magnaye as Celebrant. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm, with Rosary service at 7 pm on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

German was born on May 28 1946 in Col. Alvaro Obregon, Cd. Del Maiz, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, to Francisco Turrubiartes Lopez and Honoria Maldonado. German was a good son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and a great friend to all he knew. He worked very hard to take care of his family. He enjoyed family gatherings but most of all being around his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Alfredo Jr. Turrubiartes, brother, Francisco Turrubiartes, and nephew Joaquin.

German is survived by his loving wife, Maria Isabel Sandoval Hernandez; his children; German Turrubiartes Sandoval and wife Norma, son Alfredo Turrubiartes and wife Lydia Duran, Maria Isabel Turrubiartes Sandoval and husband Miguel Jaramillo; grandchildren, Cynthia, Miguel, Carolyn, Karina, Selena, Briseyda, Michelle, Sandra, Brenda, and Yareli; brothers, and sisters; Hilario and Maria Turrubiartes, Elena and Heriberto Olvera, Esperanza Turrubiartes, Consuelo Turrubiartes and Hijenio Rodriguez, Ricardo Turrubiartes and Olivia Turrubiartes, Marco A. and Rosa Turrubiartes, and sister-in-law Olivia Turrubiartes.
